MIDO FANTASY RULES

  1. Your Location

1.1 You must not place an Entry with Mido Fantasy if you reside outside of any of the following states:

  • Florida
  • Texas
  • California
  • Illinois
  • South Carolina
  • Oregon
  • Wisconsin

Please note that we may elect to withhold the returns from any entries placed by you if you are resident in a prohibited territory.

1.2 Players are responsible for ensuring that they comply with any laws applicable to entries in their state of residence. Mido Fantasy is not responsible for any action which may arise from placing entries in a state in which fantasy sports contests may be illegal. You must not access the App from within a jurisdiction that prohibits fantasy sports contests and the availability of the App from any such jurisdiction does not constitute an invitation by Mido Fantasy to use the App in any such jurisdiction.

2. Entry Placement

2.1 Mido Fantasy acts as an agent for Colossus Fantasy and all entries (“Entries”) are placed directly into Colossus Fantasy pools via the Mido site (“Site”). In circumstances where Entries do not reach the pool relevant Mido customers (“Players”) will have their entry fees refunded and neither Mido nor Colossus Fantasy will be liable for any loss of winnings that would have been due had the Entry reached the pool. Mido holds Players’ funds and is responsible for paying out any winnings and any queries you have in relation to your activity into Colossus Fantasy pools should be addressed to Mido. To the extent that it is unable to resolve your query, Mido will contact Colossus Fantasy. If there is any conflict between any provision in these Rules (“Terms of Play”) and the equivalent rules on the Colossus Fantasy app, the English language version of the terms on the Colossus Fantasy app will prevail.

2.2 Entries accepted by Colossus Fantasy will be provided with a unique reference number. If you are unsure about the validity of an entry, please check your account history.

2.3 It is your responsibility to check that the entry instructions you submit are correct before confirming the entry.

2.4 Where there is any disagreement as to the details or status of an entry or cash-out transaction, Colossus Fantasy records will be the primary source of evidence for the details/status of the entry or cash-out transaction.

2.5 Colossus Fantasy may decide to suspend activity on a contest if such a course of action can be justified in the interests of maintaining integrity and fairness of such a contest. Colossus Fantasy may also in exceptional cases void a contest in its entirety or any leg(s) or entry(s): to correct any obvious errors; to maintain integrity and fairness in the Colossus Fantasy contests; if there has been a change to the format or events within a contest; or if it believes any entry has been placed in contravention of either these rules or the rules of a sports governing body or other relevant professional body.

Entry Rules

2.6 Players place entries based on the outcome of multiple related events which are pre-selected by Colossus Fantasy (“Legs”) and decided over a set period of time (“Contest Period”).

2.7 The Legs in any Contest Period shall be selected by Colossus Fantasy acting at its sole discretion.

2.8 Colossus Fantasy may also offer historical statistics during a customer’s selection of a contest lineup, within an individual player profile page relating to each relevant player statistical metric. Colossus Fantasy uses a third-party provider for this historical information. Offerings of historical statistics may contain errors which are not in Colossus Fantasy’s remit. Regardless of the reason for errors or omissions in historical statistics, Colossus Fantasy shall not be liable for any historical inaccuracies on the App.

2.9 Alongside historical statistics, Colossus Fantasy will strive to offer live statistics on Contests where possible via a third-party provider. Please note that the accuracy and availability of such statistics are designed for informational and entertainment purposes only. Colossus Fantasy are not responsible for any errors that may derive from the information provided on the App or any losses you suffer as a result of this.

2.10 Players may choose to place one or more entries, each consisting of a minimum of at least one selection in each Leg (for example, LeBron James to score over 25.5 points in a pre-selected event, Nikola Jokic to score under 22.5 points in a pre-selected event and Giannis Antetokounmpo to score over 27.5 points in a pre-selected event) . Each entry is identified with a unique reference number when the entry is accepted.

2.11 For any given Leg a Player may make one or more selections for any particular Leg of a contest. For example, if you choose “Over” and “Under” for an individual player points total line in Leg 1 and “Over” an individual player points total line in all other Legs – this would constitute two “Lines”. Each Ticket has a full unit cost, for example $10 in most Contests, and the Colossus Fantasy entry placement engine will add up the amount of Lines multiplied by the stake per Line to show the total amount staked on your entry.

2.12 Unless stated otherwise, any real-world sporting event that includes overtime period(s) will be applicable in the determination of the statistical metric for each player within a contest.

2.13 No fantasy sports contest entry will be composed of the entire roster of a real-world sports team. Furthermore, no fantasy sports contest team is composed entirely of individual athletes who are members of the same real-world sports team.

2.14 In the event of postponements/abandonments that reduces the contest to one Leg, the entire contest will be voided in order to comply with regulations that stipulate a contest cannot be settled on the statistical metric of one player.

Currency and Contest Units

2.15 The base currency for all Colossus Fantasy contests is US Dollars (“USD”). This means that certain data (including but not limited to contest Units, contest History, unit distribution and winning units) will be displayed in dollar values only. However, the ‘dividend per unit’ displayed for a contest will be based on the maximum stake per line for that contest. For example, if the maximum stake per line in a Contest is $10 and the ‘dividend per unit’ in that contest is described as $500, this means that a $10 winning line in the contest would win $500. In addition, values which are specific to your Account, including the prize you are playing for, your stake options and any cash-out offers, will also be displayed to you in the currency of your Account.

2.16 Colossus Fantasy may give Players the option to place entries at a fraction of the full unit cost predetermined for the contest. For example, if the full unit cost in a contest is $10, Colossus Fantasy may enable Players to place entries for a fraction of this full $10 unit cost. Fractional entries like this will give the Player a corresponding entitlement to any dividends payable at the point of contest settlement. For example, if a Player places an entry for $2.50 in a contest with a full unit cost of $10, the Player will be entitled to a one-quarter (25%) share of any full unit dividend payable in this contest.

Settlement, Abandonments and Postponements

2.17 Subject to the other provisions in this clause 2 below all entries will be settled based on the official result of the relevant listed player statistical metric, regardless of any subsequent disqualification or amendment to the result.

2.18 Colossus Fantasy strives to offer accurate, up-to-date statistical metrics for all individual athletes within a contest. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy of these statistics, or any subsequent in-play corrections to these statistics. Official post-event results for all listed player statistical metrics will be available to customers upon the conclusion of any given contest. The results for all listed statistical player metrics will be considered final upon the conclusion of the relevant fixture/event that the listed player statistic relates to.

2.19 In the event of any uncertainty about any official result, Colossus Fantasy may suspend settlement of any contest until the uncertainty can be resolved to its reasonable satisfaction.

2.20 Colossus Fantasy will reverse the settlement of a contest if it has been settled in error (for example, a human or technical error). If Colossus Fantasy resettles a contest, this may lead to amendments being made to Players’ Account balances to reflect changes in contest settlement.

2.21 Notwithstanding anything else in these rules, once a contest has been settled for 72 hours, its settlement will be considered full and final.

2.22 If an event is not completed – i.e. the full period of play (so for example 60 minutes in the case of NFL), according to the match officials, plus any stoppage time within 3 days of its scheduled start date, it will be considered a void Leg for the purpose of all contests in which it has been included. All selections in a void Leg will be treated as winning selections for the purpose of the contest.

2.23 For a Leg to be deemed as ‘active’, the player relating to the listed player statistic for any given Leg must play at least one second of the relevant fixture/event. If the player does not take any part in the fixture/event relating to the Leg of a contest, that Leg will be considered void for the purpose of all contests in which it has been included.

2.24 If there are at least two-thirds of Legs for any given contest that are considered void e.g. If there is a contest with 15 Legs and 10 Legs are considered to be void, then any such contest will be voided and all entries placed will be refunded.

2.25 If a match starts but is later abandoned or postponed but is completed within 3 days of the scheduled start date, it shall be considered a valid Leg for all contests in which it is included unless the match is restarted from the beginning. If the event is restarted from the beginning then clause 2.22 above applies.

2.26 Notwithstanding the provisions of this clause 2.25 above, in circumstances where Colossus Fantasy reasonably believes that an event (whether started or not) will not be completed within 3 days of its scheduled start date, Colossus Fantasy reserves the right to declare a void Leg at that point for the purpose of relevant contests (irrespective of whether the event is ultimately completed or not within 3 days of its scheduled start date).

2.27 The voiding of any entries or Legs as described above in relation to abandoned/postponed fixtures will not apply to entries/Legs unconditionally determined at the time of abandonment/postponement. For example, if Colossus Fantasy offers a Leg based on an individual who has exceeded their stats line by half-time in an event, the abandonment of the event at any point after half-time is not relevant to the completion of the Leg in question.

2.28 If any contest is decided on fewer than the advertised number of Legs, any guarantees or rollovers otherwise applicable to the contest will be disapplied. In such circumstances, Win contest and Consolation contest dividends will be declared based only on the net stakes of entries purchased for that specific contest, although Colossus Fantasy reserves the right to apply a substitute guarantee to any such contest.

Overtime Rules

2.29 Please note that the overtime rules for NFL are as follows:

2.29.1 If scores are tied at the conclusion of normal time, during the regular season there is a single ten minute overtime period played. If scores are still level at the conclusion of this overtime period, then the match is deemed a tie.

2.29.2 During the NFL postseason, defined as any matches which constitute ‘playoff’ matches, if scores are level at the end of the first overtime period, the match continues until there is a winner.

2.29.3 Please note that any statistics accrued in overtime periods shall count towards the final listed total for all player performance metrics. For example, the listed total for Patrick Mahomes passing yards is 285.5; his final total at the end of normal time is 278 yards – this would mean in the case of there being no overtime played, the winning selection would be UNDER. If the game is tied at the conclusion of normal time, and the final total after any overtime period finishes at 302 yards, the winning selection would be OVER.

2.30 Please note that the overtime rules for NBA are as follows:

2.30.1 If scores are tied at the conclusion of normal time, there will be a five minute overtime period played.

2.30.2 If scores are tied at the conclusion of the first overtime period, then overtime periods of 5 minutes will be played one after the other until there is a winner.

2.30.3 Please note that any statistics accrued in overtime periods shall count towards the final listed total for all player performance metrics. For example, the listed total for LeBron James points is 26.5; his final total at the end of normal time is 25 points – this would mean in the case of there being no overtime played, the winning selection would be UNDER. If the game is tied at the conclusion of normal time, and the final total after any overtime period finishes at 33 points, the winning selection would be OVER.

2.31 Please note that the extra innings rules for MLB are as follows:

2.31.1 If scores are tied at the conclusion of the bottom of the ninth inning, then the match will proceed to extra innings.

2.31.2 Extra innings will continue until there is a winner of the match.

2.31.3 All half innings in extra innings begin with an automatic ‘designated’ runner on second base. The rule only applies to regular-season games. Postseason games will begin with the bases empty.

2.31.3.1 If the designated runner comes around to score during extra innings, an earned run will not be charged to the pitcher.

2.31.3.2 If the designated runner comes around to score during extra innings, the run will count towards that player’s run total for the match.

2.31.4 Please note that any statistics accrued in extra innings shall count towards the final listed total for all player performance metrics. For example, the listed total for Aaron Judge Hits is 2.5; his final total at the end of normal (ninth) inning is 2 Hits – this would mean in the case of there being no extra innings, the winning selection would be UNDER. If the game is tied at the conclusion of normal innings, and the final total after any extra innings finishes at 3 Hits, the winning selection would be OVER.

2.32 Please note that the overtime rules for NHL are as follows:

2.32.1 If scores are tied at the conclusion of regulation during the regular season, the game goes to a sudden-death overtime period lasting up to five minutes – with the first team to score winning. If neither team scores during the overtime period, the game goes to a shootout, where 3 players from each team participate in a 3 round shootout. If the score remains tied after 3 rounds, the game advances to a sudden-death shootout. This continues until one team scores and the other team does not.

2.32.2 If scores are tied at the conclusion of regulation during the postseason, the game goes to an overtime period lasting up to 20 minutes, with the game continuing until one team scores. If the first overtime period ends without a goal, the teams will continue to play 20 minute overtime periods until someone scores.

2.32.3 Please note that any statistics accrued in any overtime periods shall count towards the final listed total for all player performance metrics. For example, the listed total for Conor McDavid goals is 0.5. His final total at the end of regulation is 0 goals – this would mean that in the case of there being no overtime period, the winning selection would be UNDER. If the game is tied at the end of regulation, and the final total after any overtime period(s) is 1 goal, the winning selection would be OVER.

2.32.4 Please note that any statistics accrued during penalty shootouts SHALL NOT be counted towards the final listed total for all player performance metrics. For example, the listed total David Pastrnak goals is 1.5, and the final total at the conclusion of regulation and overtime periods is 1. This means that the winning selection will be UNDER regardless of what happens during any penalty shootout.

Time Periods, Errors and Hierarchy of Terms

2.33 References above within this clause 2 to a particular number of ‘days’ shall mean the end of the day in local time (where the relevant fixture, event or tournament is taking place) after the expiry of the specified number of days. For example, if a match is scheduled to be completed on 15th November local time when a Contest is open for entries, then the rule that allows the match to be completed within three days after the scheduled completion date would mean that the deadline for completion of that match would be 23.59:59 local time on 18th November.

2.34 Certain information provided via the App, including (without limitation) any clock counting down to the beginning of the next passage of play in a Contest, any live scores and results (together the “App Information”), is provided for information purposes only and should you rely on the App Information to place Entries or make cash-out transactions, you do so at your own risk.

If there is any inconsistency in these rules between provision of general application and a provision relating to a specific sport or a specific Ticket type, the latter will prevail. For example, Pick’em Over/Under contests with 5 legs or fewer the allocation of stakes as described in Clause 3.4.1 below will prevail.

  1. Organisation of our Contests and associated deductions

3.1 Stakes on Colossus Fantasy Over/Under or Margin type contests for all sports with 5 legs or fewer shall be allocated as follows:

  • 75% of stakes shall be allocated to the Win contest.
  • 25% of stakes shall be allocated to the Consolation contest for all but one correct selection.

3.2 Stakes on Colossus Fantasy Over/Under or Margin type contests with 6 to 12 legs for all sports shall be allocated as follows:

  • 60% of stakes shall be allocated to the Win contest.
  • 15% of stakes shall be allocated to the Consolation contest for all but one correct selection.
  • 25% of stakes shall be allocated to the Consolation contest for all but two correct selections.

3.3 Stakes on Colossus Fantasy Over/Under or Margin type contests for all sports with 13 to 15 legs shall be allocated as follows:

  • 50% of stakes shall be allocated to the Win contest.
  • 13% of stakes shall be allocated to the Consolation contest for all but one correct selection.
  • 17% of stakes shall be allocated to the Consolation contest for all but two correct selections.
  • 20% of stakes shall be allocated to the Consolation contest for all but three correct selections.

3.4 Stakes on Colossus Fantasy Over/Under or Margin type contests for all sports with 16 or more legs shall be allocated as follows:

  • 45% of stakes shall be allocated to the Win contest.
  • 15% of stakes shall be allocated to the Consolation contest for all but one correct selection.
  • 10% of stakes shall be allocated to the Consolation contest for all but two correct selections.
  • 13% of stakes shall be allocated to the Consolation contest for all but three correct selections.
  • 17% of stakes shall be allocated to the Consolation contest for all but four correct selections.

For all Contests where no Consolation prizes are advertised, 100% of stakes shall be allocated to the Win prize and no other Contests shall be available.

3.5 Unless stated otherwise, each Contest is subject to a deduction of 30%. The net amount in each Contest is 70% of stakes and the allocation of stakes to the different Contests referred to above is after this deduction.

3.6 Each winning Line in an Entry is only eligible to win the single highest relevant prize fund applicable to such Line. For example a Line which includes the performance of players with regards to the over/under of listed statistical metrics in each of the six Legs of a Pick’em 6 Contest will win a share of the Win Contest prize but no Consolation prizes which attach to that Pick’em 6 Contest. Similarly a Line in that same Contest which includes five of the six correct individual performance metrics (but not six of six correct) will win a share of the ‘all but one’ Consolation Contest prize and therefore will not be eligible for the ‘all but two’ Consolation Contest prize.

3.7 All Colossus Fantasy contest dividends and partial cash-out transactions will be rounded down to the nearest one cent. For example a dividend of  $350.49764 will be rounded down to $350.49 and the cashing-out of 10% of an offer of $25.67 for 100% of a Live Ticket, will be rounded down to a cash-out amount of $2.56.

  1. Cash Out

4.1 Colossus Fantasy may at any point during the Contest Period offer Players the opportunity to cash-out the whole or a portion of an Entry which may still, potentially, contain a winning Line (“Live Entry”). For Squad Entries (described in more detail at clause 6 below) only the Squad Captain will have the ability to cash-out.

4.2 The availability of cash-out offers can never be guaranteed and during periods when typically cash-out offers would be available cash-out offers may be unavailable or inaccessible for technical, operational or any other reason. Periods during which cash-out offers will typically be available include after the conclusion of one Leg in a Contest and before the commencement of the next Leg, or for some sports including NFL, during the half-time period in any given Leg, assuming no other leg of the Contest is live at that time. For the avoidance of doubt, cash-out offers will be unavailable during live play in a relevant event.

4.3. No player will be offered a cash-out value on their Entry until the minimum criteria of at least two active players, teams or fixtures have been met. For example, if concurrent Legs are ongoing during Leg 2 of a Contest, a cash-out offer will be made available to a customer once all concurrent Legs have been completed (subject to a player still being active for either the win or consolation prize). In the event that multiple Legs of a Contest begin at the same time (e.g multiple NFL games involving 3 listed players of a Contest begin at 1pm ET), if the Legs are concurrent, a cash-out offer may be available at half time of Legs 1 to 3 of this Contest as 2 or more players are active within said Contest.

Pricing a Live Entry

4.4 In its offer to purchase a Live Entry (“Offer”) Colossus Fantasy shall provide to the Player an offer value to purchase any 10% increment of the Live Entry up to 100% (“Offer Value”).

4.5 The Offer Value shall be determined by Colossus Fantasy acting at its sole discretion.

4.6  The Offer Process shall be as follows:

  1. The Player will be notified of an Offer via his/her/their Account.
  2. Following receipt of an Offer, the Player shall have the period between the making of the Offer by Colossus Fantasy and the lapsing of the Offer to decide whether to ACCEPT the Offer (C) or REJECT the Offer (D). Colossus Fantasy reserves the right to revise or withdraw an Offer that has not been accepted. All Offers automatically lapse on commencement of the next period of live play.
  3. If the Player accepts an Offer for 100% of a Live Entry all rights in the Entry will be assigned to Colossus Fantasy and the Offer Price shall be transferred into the Player’s Account as soon as is reasonably practicable. See clause 4.8 below on selling a portion of a Live Entry.
  4. If the Player rejects an Offer (or takes no action in respect of the Offer) the Player will retain full ownership of the Live Entry and accordingly retain his/her/their chance to win or share the relevant prize funds.

4.7 For the avoidance of doubt, once a Live Entry is fully cashed-out you will no longer be able to win any additional prize in respect of that Entry. If any selections on that Entry are ultimately successful, Colossus Fantasy will be entitled to the relevant Win Contest dividend (together with any Consolation prize dividends) that you would have been entitled to had you not sold the Live Entry.

Cashing-out a portion of a Live Entry

4.8 Where a Player accepts an Offer from Colossus Fantasy to cash-out a portion (“Portion”) of a Live Entry rather than the full 100% of the Live Entry, all rights in the Portion will be assigned to Colossus Fantasy and the Offer Price will be transferred into the Player’s Account as soon as is reasonably practicable.

4.9 The Player shall retain ownership of the remainder of the Live Entry and if the Live Entry is successful the Player will be entitled to such percentage of the amount of the Win Contest (together with the same percentage of any Consolation Contests) applicable to his/her/their retained share of the Live Entry.

Worked Example:

Player A cashes-out a 20% Portion and subsequently a 30% Portion (so 50% in total) of a full unit Live Entry. The Live Entry is a correct prediction of specific player performance metrics in all Legs in the Contest Period which proves to be a winning Entry for the purposes of the Win Contest. There is one other full unit Win Contest winning Entry in the Game (held by Player B).

The net Win Fund holds $1,000,000.

Win Contest: $1,000,000 ÷ 2 (as 2 winners) = dividend of $500,000

50% of $500,000 (Player A’s retained share in Live Entry) = $250,000

Player A’s Win Fund share: $250,000

4.10 Where an Offer which has been accepted by a Player (in full or in part) has been made by Colossus Fantasy based on erroneous information (for example based on a player performance metric score being under 25.5 total points scored when the player has in fact exceeded this total point line) or as a result of a technical failure, Colossus Fantasy reserves the right to void any such Offer or to adjust the cash-out amount payable. Any such adjusted cash-out payment will be based on the accurate score/result at the time of the erroneous Offer being made and the consequent revised value of the relevant Entry at that time.

4.11 Where an Offer which has been accepted by a Player (in full or in part) has been made by Colossus Fantasy on the basis that all scheduled Legs in a Contest will be completed (and therefore any guarantee and rollovers are factored into such an Offer), but all such Legs are not completed, Colossus Fantasy reserves the right to adjust the cash-out amount payable. Any such adjusted cash-out payment will be based on the revised value (given the amounts available to be won in the applicable Contests and the revised likelihood of success) of the relevant Entry at the point the Offer was made.

4.12 A leg of any given Contest shall be deemed active if the player listed with regard to the associated player statistical metric of a Contest plays any part of the event for which the listed statistical metric relates to e.g. If Draymond Green only plays 5 seconds of a game which relates to a listed statistical metric that forms a Leg of a Contest, the Leg will be deemed to be active and metrics on that Leg settled accordingly.

4.13. In the event a player involved in a Contest becomes unavailable before that Leg begins, Colossus Fantasy maintains the right to remove any cash-out offers based on that Contest until clarification is sought on the availability of said player. Any rollovers may be removed and guarantees amended as per our Settlements, Abandonments and Postponements section in respect of the player if he is confirmed to be unavailable for the game in question.

5.11 If a Contest is voided entirely, all Offers accepted by Players in such a Contest will be voided.

  1. Squads

5.1 Colossus Fantasy may offer Players the ability to create Entries into its Contests for other Players to fund, or to join Entries which have been created by other Players (“Squad Entries”).

5.2 There may be a minimum and maximum funding requirement for a Player creating a Squad Entry (the “Squad Captain”) as well as for a player joining a Squad Entry (a “Squad Player”).

5.3 Each Player will own a share of a Squad Entry which is proportionate to their contribution and will be entitled to a share of any returns (dividends and cash-out proceeds) from the Entry which is proportionate to such Player’s contribution. Consistent with this principle the Colossus Fantasy system treats each contribution to a squad as a separate and individual Entry.

5.4 To the extent that a cash-out offer is made by Colossus Fantasy on a Squad Entry, the Squad Captain will have sole control and discretion in relation to what Portion (if any) of the Squad Entry to cash-out. Squad Players will be able to see cash-out offers for squad Entries to which they have contributed within the ‘Entries’ tab of the App but they will not have the ability to cash-out any Portion of a Squad Entry.

5.5 Until a Squad Entry has been fully funded it will have a status of ‘pending’ and if it is not fully funded when the first Leg of the Contest starts (and the Contest closes for Entry placement purposes), the Squad Entry will not be placed into the Contest. Instead the Entry will lapse and refunds will be made to Players for their contributions to the Entry.

5.6 A Squad Entry may be funded by Players transacting in different currencies. This means that the total spend on a ticket as viewed by Players may differ depending on the currencies of those Players’ Accounts. This also means that certain data which is converted to US dollar values on the Site (including but not limited to Contest Units, Contest History, Unit Distributions and Winning Units) may be inconsistent with data which Players can see from a squad Entry.

Worked example:

The squad Captain creates a Squad Entry in USD with 50 lines and per line cost of $2, so a total Entry cost of USD $100. This squad Entry will be presented to Players whose Accounts are denominated in Euro as an Entry with a total cost of Euro €100. Assume that the currency exchange rate is USD $0.90 = Euro €1 and that this squad Ticket is fully funded through contributions of USD $50 and Euro €50. The total spend for the Entry when converted to USD is $95 ($50 funded in USD + $45 funded in Euro). This means that the USD spend per line of the placed Entry is $1.90 which is 0.95 of a full USD unit for the purposes of Contest Units, Unit Distribution etc.

5.7 By electing to become a Squad Captain (or post a Squad comment): you agree not to choose a Nickname (or Squad name or image) or post a comment which could be deemed offensive or could cause confusion including with (but not limited to) Nicknames chosen by other Squad Captains; you agree not to use any Squad name, image or avatar which infringes the copyright, image rights or any other intellectual property rights of any third party; and you acknowledge that your squad Entries and Captain profile will be displayed on other sites which have access to Colossus Contests and that Colossus Fantasy may use the squad Captain Nickname and image you have chosen, in its squads Leaderboards or similar. Colossus Fantasy may remove comments or content which it believes infringes on the principles described above.

  1. Transparency of play and refunds on spend

  • Any individual who is deemed to be in breach of any fantasy sports law, Contest rules or in breach of any of the Terms of Play as set down by Colossus Fantasy;
  • Any agent acting on behalf of any individual listed above

6.3 Colossus Fantasy may refund to certain Players a percentage of their spend into our Contests, either by way of cash or free Entry credits. Such Players may include Squad Captains or other high-volume players. Separately Colossus Fantasy may pay a percentage of the spend of certain Players to other third parties, for example under affiliate arrangements we may have in place from time to time.

6.4 The terms under which any such Players in receipt of a refund on their spend (or on the spend of another Player) transact into Colossus Fantasy Contests is otherwise the same as any other Player in those Contests. The contribution into the Contest (and therefore the amount available to be won by any winners) from a Ticket which has been subject to a refund is the same as the contribution to the Contest of any other Ticket.

  1. Legal

7.1 Colossus Fantasy will provide information about winning Contests to any customer who requests as such, as per requirements in the state of California.

7.2 The Colossus Fantasy site provides an information matrix for each Contest run that includes the following:

  • Winning permutation
  • Number of winning units
  • Winning dividend per unit (Jackpot and Consolation(s))
  • Unit history
