Paul Skenes v. Brewers – Strikeouts

Averaging 9.4 K/9 and roughly 1.04 K per inning. In his last five starts, he’s averaged 6.2 innings per outing. The Brewers sit in the middle of the league for strikeouts.

Jacob Misiorowski v. Pirates – Strikeouts

MacKenzie Gore v. Padres – Strikeouts

Leading all MLB starters with 11.9 K/9 this year, totaling 123 Ks. He averages roughly 1.32 strikeouts per inning. The Padres, however, don’t strike out much, ranking 3rd lowest in the league (0.78 K/IP).

Nick Pivetta v. Nationals – Strikeouts

Averaging 9.8 K/9 this season, but he’s had a couple of rough outings recently, failing to make it past the 5th inning and recording fewer strikeouts. The Nationals average just 0.83 K/IP, making them a tougher assignment.

Max Fried v. Reds– Strikeouts

Fried leads the league in wins and averages 8.6 K/9. In his last four starts, he has gone 6–7 innings with higher-than-average strikeout totals. The Reds are in the top third of the league for strikeouts, with 687 on the year.

Brady Singer v. Yankees– Strikeouts

🎯 Pick’em 10 (4:10pm ET/1:10pm PT)

⚾ Washington @ San Diego

Today marks the rubber match of this three-game series. The Nationals won on Monday, and the Padres responded with a win last night. Both starters have had recent struggles but remain among the top strikeout leaders in the majors. They don’t have much prior experience against these opposing lineups, although San Diego has slightly better stats versus Gore. Nonetheless, this feels like a breakout spot for him.

  1. James Wood – Over/Under 1.5 strikeouts
  2. Luis Garcia Jr. – Over/Under 1.5 hits+runs+RBIs
  3. Xander Bogaerts – Over/Under 1.5 hits+runs+RBIs
  4. Nick Pivetta – Over/Under 1.5 walks allowed

⚾ NY Yankees @ Cincinnati

The Reds have surprised the Yankees this series and now have a chance to sweep tonight. New York will lean on Max Fried to quiet the Reds’ bats, who haven’t faced him much before. Meanwhile, Aaron Judge has a strong track record versus Brady Singer, boasting a .950 OPS that could lead to a long ball tonight.

  1. Aaron Judge – Over/Under 0.5 RBIs
  2. Anthony Volpe – Over/Under 1.5 hits+runs+RBIs
  3. Ben Rice – Over/Under 0.5 RBIs
  4. Elly de la Cruz – Over/Under 1.5 hits+runs+RBIs
  5. Brady Singer – Over/Under 3.5 earned runs allowed
  6. Matt McLain – Over/Under 1.5 hits+runs+RBIs
