🎯 Pick’em 10 (2:10pm ET/11:10am PT)

⚾ Philadelphia @ Houston

A great pitching matchup, with Christopher Sanchez and his 2.87 ERA taking on Hunter Brown and his 1.88 ERA. Brown leads the league in both ERA and hits allowed per nine innings (5.5), although he has come slightly back down to earth over his last seven starts (2.34 ERA). Expect limited offense early, as neither team is very familiar with the opposing starter. This one may stay quiet until the bullpens take over.

  1. Christopher Sanchez – Over/Under 5.5 hits allowed
  2. Trea Turner – Over/Under 1.5 hits+runs+RBIs
  3. Kyle Schwarber – Over/Under 0.5 hits
  4. Hunter Brown – Over/Under 6.5 strikeouts
  5. Jose Altuve – Over/Under 1.5 hits+runs+RBIs
  6. Isaac Paredes – Over/Under 0.5 strikeouts

⚾ Atlanta @ NY Mets

The Mets earned their second win in ten games last night, beating the Braves 7–3. Today’s starting pitching is a tough spot for those same Mets: their Griffin Canning has struggled over his last seven starts (5.97 ERA), allowing just over a hit per inning along with a high walk rate. Meanwhile, Grant Holmes has shown recent improvement, with a 3.20 ERA in his last seven starts compared to a 3.71 ERA for the season.  His high strikeout rate and the Mets’ hitters unfamiliarity with his stuff could play to his advantage.

  1. Matt Olson – Over/Under 0.5 runs
  2. Marcell Ozuna – Over/Under 1.5 hits+runs+RBIs
  3. Griffin Canning – Over/Under 4.5 strikeouts
  4. Francisco Lindor – Over/Under 0.5 runs
