Tampa Bay has struggled, sitting below .500 and third in the AL East. Their best hope lies with Ryan Pepiot, who also leads the team in ERA—though at a less impressive 4.23. Unless Pepiot has a turnaround performance, expect Philly’s offense to stay hot.
