Happy Memorial Day!

Happy Memorial Day! A sincere thank you to all who have served, are serving, or will serve in the Armed Forces.

The road to recovery—whether from a long weekend of dehydration or youth sports—is always easier with wall-to-wall sports. While there’s no national baseball broadcast today (fix that, MLB TV deal-makers), we’ve got a full lineup of games starting early and closing with Game 4 of the Western Conference Finals.

📺 Today's TV Games

  • Oklahoma City Thunder @ Minnesota Timberwolves – ESPN

🎯 Today's Pick 12 (1:10pm ET/10:10am PT)

⚾ San Francisco @ Detroit

Young Hayden Birdsong makes just his second start for the Giants after a promising stint as a long reliever. He faces a tough task against the AL Central-leading Tigers, who just dropped 3 of 4 to division rivals Cleveland. This is a barometer game for both clubs as they try to prove their early-season success is sustainable.

  1. Hayden Birdsong – Over/Under 5.5 strikeouts
  2. Jung Hoo Lee – Over/Under 1.5 hits + runs + RBIs
  3. Willy Adames – Over/Under 1.5 hits + runs + RBIs
  4. Kerry Carpenter – Over/Under 0.5 runs scored
  5. Gleyber Torres – Over/Under 1.5 hits + runs + RBIs
  6. Riley Greene – Over/Under 0.5 walks

⚾ Toronto @ Texas

Two underperforming teams, both hovering just below .500. But we get a high-quality pitching matchup today: Jacob deGrom vs. Kevin Gausman.  The resurgent deGrom, returning from a 2nd Tommy John surgery, has the statistical lead over Gausman.  Toronto is reeling from a 3-game skid, while Texas snapped a 4-game losing streak just yesterday against the lowly White Sox. Something has to give.

  1. Kevin Gausman – Over/Under 5.5 strikeouts
  2. Jacob deGrom – Over/Under 6.5 strikeouts

⚾ Minnesota @ Tampa Bay

Tampa Bay has won five straight and brought themselves back at .500, while Minnesota has won seven straight series* (counting one ongoing postponed game). Expect offense with both starters boasting ERAs around 4.00 and averaging fewer than a strikeout per inning. Hot bats, hot weather, let’s roll.

  1. Chris Paddack – Over/Under 5.5 hits allowed
  2. Carlos Correa – Over/Under 0.5 strikeouts
  3. Junior Caminero – Over/Under 1.5 hits + runs + RBIs
  4. Brandon Lowe – Over/Under 1.5 hits + runs + RBIs

🎯 Tonight's Pick 10 (8:30pm ET/5:30pm PT)

🏀 Oklahoma City @ Minnesota

Three games into the Western Conference Finals, three blowouts—each by the home team. Minnesota would love to keep that trend alive and knot the series 2-2. The storyline tonight? Whether we finally get a back-and-forth battle with Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Anthony Edwards trading blows in the clutch. Fingers crossed.

  1. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander – Over/Under 31.5 points
  2. Jalen Williams – Over/Under 10.5 rebounds + assists
  3. Chet Holmgren – Over/Under 1.5 turnovers
  4. Anthony Edwards – Over/Under 28.5 points
  5. Julius Randle – Over/Under 1.5 3-pointers made
  6. Rudy Gobert – Over/Under 8.5 rebounds

🏀 New York @ Indiana (Tuesday 8pm ET/5pm PT Game)

This is the closer series of the two Conference Finals: just two total points separate the Knicks and Pacers through three games. New York may have discovered a spark with their alternate lineups, but they’ll still need Jalen Brunson on the floor in the fourth. Both teams have blown big home leads—but only New York has pulled off three 20-point comebacks this postseason. Buckle up.

The only sure thing in this series is Rolaids for the home fans, who have to watch big leads dissipate in the 2nd half then walk past the away fans as they leave the arena.

  1. Jalen Brunson – Over/Under 2.5 3-pointers made
  2. Karl-Anthony Towns – Over/Under 22.5 points
  3. Tyrese Haliburton – Over/Under 9.5 assists
  4. Pascal Siakam – Over/Under 20.5 points
