Tuesday’s Start to the Week
Hopefully everyone is well-rested after the long weekend and had their fill of championship-level barbecue. Tonight, we turn to Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals, as the Knicks look to swing the series back in their favor before returning home to Madison Square Garden. After a thrilling Game 4 in the West last night—where Minnesota’s bench nearly completed a comeback against OKC—it’s New York’s turn to try an upset on the road.
📺 Today's TV Games
- New York Knicks @ Indiana Pacers – TNT/Max
🎯 Today's Pick 10 (6:10pm ET/3:10pm PT)
⚾ LA Dodgers @ Cleveland
Cleveland entered this series feeling confident after taking 3 of 4 from the first-place Tigers—but that good energy vanished fast. Shohei Ohtani launched a leadoff home run for the second day in a row (first pitch of the game!), putting the Dodgers ahead before Cleveland had a chance to settle in. LA’s powerhouse lineup continues to carry them as they rotate starters through the IL. Tanner Bibee has a tall task ahead tonight and will need to replicate last week’s gem against Detroit (7 IP, 3 H, 8 K, 0 ER) to give the Guardians a shot.
- Shohei Ohtani – Over/Under 2.5 hits + runs + RBIs
- Freddie Freeman – Over/Under 0.5 runs
- Mookie Betts – Over/Under 0.5 runs
- José Ramírez – Over/Under 0.5 strikeouts
- Tanner Bibee – Over/Under 5.5 hits allowed
⚾ Colorado @ Chicago Cubs
The Cubs, leading the NL Central, face the worst team in baseball—literally. Colorado’s record is on pace to become the worst in MLB history since 1895. It is very hard to beat a 130 year old record, but they are trying! The Rockies have been historically bad, and their losing streaks are only interrupted by rare moments of altitude-induced luck. The Cubs should handle business and continue their strong stretch at home.
- Brenton Doyle – Over/Under 0.5 hits
- Germán Márquez – Over/Under 5.5 hits allowed
- Kyle Tucker – Over/Under 0.5 runs
- Michael Busch – Over/Under 1.5 hits + runs + RBIs
- Cade Horton – Over/Under 1.5 earned runs allowed
🏆 Pick 5 Margin (8pm ET/5pm PT)
🏀 New York @ Indiana
Keep a close eye on Aaron Nesmith’s status. His ankle injury, combined with Jalen Brunson’s early foul trouble in Game 3, changed the entire rhythm of the contest. The Knicks stormed back from a large deficit, led by Karl-Anthony Towns’ clutch fourth quarter, to seize control late. Both teams will need to recalibrate with uncertain matchups heading into a pivotal Game 4. Will Indiana protect home court and take a 3-1 lead, or can New York tie things up 2-2?
- Karl-Anthony Towns – Points
- Jalen Brunson – Assists
- Josh Hart – Rebounds
- Myles Turner – Points
- Tyrese Haliburton – Assists
